These terms govern your use of the MetsePole website. By using it, you agree to them.

1. Acceptance

By accessing this website, you accept these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.

2. What the service does

MetsePole lets you submit a loan request and shares it with lenders and lending partners in our network. We are not a lender, we do not make credit decisions, and we do not issue, fund, service or collect loans. Any loan agreement is strictly between you and the lender you choose.

3. Eligibility

To use the service you confirm that you:

  • are a resident of the United States and of legal age in your state;
  • are using the service for yourself, not on someone else's behalf;
  • have a regular source of income and an active bank account in your own name; and
  • will give information that is true, accurate and complete.

Individual lenders set additional criteria. Meeting the requirements above does not mean you will receive an offer.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Keep your account credentials and device secure.
  • Do not submit false information or another person's details.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer or overload the service.
  • Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these rules.

5. No guarantees

We do not promise that you will be matched with a lender, that you will be approved, or that money will arrive within any particular timeframe. Loan amounts, rates, fees and funding times are decided by the lender, not by us. Information on this site is general and is not financial, legal or tax advice.

6. Third parties

Lender websites and other third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, decisions or conduct, and linking to them is not an endorsement.

7. Intellectual property

The site and its content, design and code belong to MetsePole or its licensors. You may use them for their intended purpose only.

8. Service availability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MetsePole is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of the service or of any loan you enter into with a lender.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above shows the current version, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
