This policy explains what personal information MetsePole collects when you use this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

MetsePole operates this website. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to MetsePole. We are not a lender.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Identity and contact details: name, date of birth, address, email address, phone number.
  • Financial details you enter in a loan request: income, employment, and bank account information.
  • Government identifiers where a lender requires them to process a request.
  • Anything you write to us by email or through a support channel.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and browser data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser version.
  • Usage data: pages viewed, time on page, referring URL, and how you reached the site.
  • Cookies and similar technologies, as described in section 7.

Information from other sources

Lenders, lending partners and service providers may share information with us about the status of a request you submitted, so we can operate and improve the service.

3. How we use your information

  • To pass your loan request to lenders and lending partners who may be able to work with you.
  • To operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the website.
  • To answer your questions and provide support.
  • To detect and prevent fraud and misuse.
  • To comply with applicable law and lawful requests from authorities.

4. How we share your information

We share personal information in the following situations, and not otherwise:

  • Lenders and lending partners. When you submit a request, we share it with lenders and partners in our network so they can decide whether to make you an offer. Once they receive your information, their own privacy policies govern how they use it.
  • Service providers. Hosting, analytics, security and communications vendors that process data on our instructions.
  • Legal reasons. Where we must comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights and safety of users and the public.
  • Business transfers. If our business is sold or reorganized, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information into open data marketplaces.

5. How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described above, and then for the period required by law, tax, audit and dispute-resolution obligations. When we no longer need it, we delete it or anonymize it.

6. How we protect it

We use encryption in transit, access controls and monitoring to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we take the obligation seriously and review our safeguards regularly.

8. Your choices and rights

To exercise any of these rights, email support@metsepolekb.com. We may need to verify your identity before we act on a request. Note that once a lender has received your information, you will need to contact that lender directly about the copy they hold.

9. Children

The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-party links

Our site links to third parties, including lender websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices; read their policies before sharing information with them.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date above. Significant changes will be communicated on this page.
